The DougieMac Bike Ride is back on Sunday 20th May in our new event location at Port Vale Football Club.

As we’ve moved to a brand new location we also have a choice of four brand new routes for our riders.

Don’t worry if you haven’t managed to fit any training in this year – our new 9 mile MiniMac and 26.2 mile MarathonMac are the perfect ride for you!

What’s more every person each of our new routes will get a medal, brand spanking new for this year new, food from our Blakemans’ BBQ and lots of music and entertainment to in the event village on the day.

Why not take part in the MiniMac?

The MiniMac is a super fun 9 mile ride for our younger supporters. It's suitable for families, kids with less experience on the bike and adults who want to get in on the action without the commitment to training!

It passes through local parks and nature reserves before winding back round to Port Vale FC where riders will be cheered through the finish line and met with a medal.

Be a Marathon Finisher and take on our MarathonMac

The MarathonMac is a 26.2 mile route perfect for fun riders, older children and newer riders wanting to dip their toes in bike riding! How many people can say they’ve done a marathon on a bike?!

The DougieMac Challenger

The DougieMac Challenger is our new and improved 52 mile route that goes out to the Staffordshire Moorlands. It’s perfect for those who’d like a whole day out on the bike, great for club riders and for fun riders alike. The challenge is to make it to Flash and back. Flash is the highest village in Britain! But you certainly don’t have to get there in a flash. With plenty of stops on route, take your time and enjoy the day!

The DougieMac Ultra

The DougieMac Ultra is 92 miles of quality  ascent and stunning scenery. Heading out to the peaks, this ride is for those who like to spend a lot of time on their bike! Reap the rewards when you cycle through the finish line at the end of the day and put on that medal!
