Jail or Bail for DougieMac

On Wednesday 14th February DougieMac celebrates the 45th Anniversary of providing local care to local people. To mark the occasion, a team of local business leaders will take part in the first annual Jail or Bail fundraising challenge.

The DougieMac inmates will be found guilty of an entirely fictional crime and inevitably be taken into custody, photographed and banished to an undisclosed location with their fellow inmates and will only be released if they can provide proof of fundraising to the value of £2,000 (or more!).

Inmates can fundraise up to £1,000 before the event, the remaining £1,000 needs to be raised from the comfort of the ‘cells’.

The aim of Jail or Bail is to raise £32,000 - the cost of funding the services provided by DougieMac, at the hospice in Blurton and across the North Staffordshire community on the official date of their 45th Anniversary celebrations - Wednesday 14th February 2018.
